Our goal at Weight Tank is to sell the best handmade professional audio products possible. We also want to keep our customers satisfied with their online purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Weight Tank, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price or exchange it with another product within 14-days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals and IEC power cords. Returns not following these guidelines will be subject to a smaller refund. Eligible returns are only available to the original owner. A credit will be given with the exact payment method used during the payment transaction. Weight Tank will not be flexible on this for many reasons, including credit card fraud. Weight Tank must have the product in its possession to determine whether a return is eligible for full refund. If a return is eligible for refund, a credit will be processed within 7–10 business
- PRODUCT REGISTRATION -
If purchased from an Official Weight Tank Dealer, an unregistered Weight Tank product will be given a 60-day warranty from date of purchase covering parts and labor, excluding tubes purchased with unit.
The Weight Tank warranty, covered below, will be granted to original owners who have purchased their Weight Tank product from an Weight Tank Dealer, and who have registered their product within the first 60-days of ownership. Customers who purchase their products directly from Locomotive Audio/Weight Tank will immediately receive a 2-year warranty and do NOT need to register. We already have your info!
Submit the following information within 60 days of purchase from dealer:

Should something go wrong with your product within the first 60 days of purchase or within the 2-year warranty period of registered products, please contact Weight Tank by calling 314.282.0133 or emailing email@example.com to gain further instructions If it is determined your product requires repair, we'll let you know where to ship it and we'll also issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be displayed on the outside of your shipping box. Most repairs take approximately 1-week. We will match the shipping method you used to get it to us. (If you shipped it to us UPS ground, we will ship it back to you UPS ground; if you overnight it to us, we will ship it back to you overnight). You pay the shipping costs to us; we ship it back to you free of charge.
