You shouldn't have to worry about when something goes wrong. Rest assured, we guarantee the gear we build by backing it with a lifetime warranty.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION
If purchased from an Official Locomotive Audio Dealer, an unregistered Locomotive Audio product will be given a 60-day warranty from date of purchase covering parts and labor, excluding tubes purchased with unit.
The Lifetime Express Guarantee warranty, covered below, will be granted to original owners who have purchased their Locomotive Audio product from an Official Locomotive Audio Dealer, and who have registered their product within the first 60-days of ownership. Customers who purchase their products directly from Locomotive Audio will immediately receive the Lifetime Express Guarantee and do NOT need to register. We already have your info!

The Locomotive Audio Lifetime Express Guarantee ensures that your products are always working, no questions asked. Whether your product needs calibration or new parts, you are covered. Forever.
Please contact Locomotive Audio by emailing support@locomotiveaudio.com if you feel you need warranty service. If it is determined your product requires repair, we'll give you instructions. Most repairs take approximately 1 week. If we need a new part that we don't have in stock, we will let you know an estimated date of arrival of the part for prompt repair. Once repaired, we will ship UPS ground if you are located in North America. If you are located outside of North America, other arrangements will be made. You pay the shipping costs to us; we ship it back to you free of charge if there is a problem with the hardware.

Returns & Cancellations
Our goal at Locomotive is to sell the best professional audio products possible. We want to keep our customers satisfied with their online purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping charges (we'll cover the return), as well as a 3% restocking fee, will not be refunded. If you need to cancel before your order ships, the 3% credit card processing fee will not be refunded.
All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping, and include all original packaging, manuals, and IEC power cords. Returns that don't follow these guidelines will be subject to a smaller refund. Eligible returns are only available to the original owner. A credit will be given with the exact payment method used during the payment transaction. Locomotive will not be flexible on this policy. Locomotive must have the product in its possession to determine whether a return is eligible for full refund. If a return is eligible for refund, a credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
